Elyzium Broadband Help Desk is engaged to perform several functions, works as a single point of contact for users to gain assistance in troubleshooting, get answers to questions, and solve problems. Our Help Desk manages complains through a multilayer docket management system and an embedded monitoring system for issue tracking. We often involve the use of several remote assistance systems for helping users across the network. Pro active help desk tracks and sorts user dockets with the help of a unique number, and manages users effectively.
